Learn about the two geo-stationary weather satellites installed at PAGASA, the HIMAWARI-8 from Japan and the COMS from Korea, and their uses in weather forecasting and research. The HIMAWARI-8 provides real-time images every 10 minutes, while the COMS provides images every 15 minutes for various applications.
