Warren, city, Trumbull county, northeastern Ohio, U.S. It lies along the Mahoning River and is part of the Youngstown metropolitan complex. Settled (1799) by Ephraim Quinby, a stockholder in the Connecticut Land Company, it was named for Moses Warren, a surveyor.
