Sean Lewis (born April 11, 1986) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach at San Diego State University, a position he has held since 2024. He was the offensive coordinator at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023 and the head football coach at Kent State University from 2018 to 2022.
