The Village of Downers Grove is located 22 miles west of Chicago in DuPage County, the second most populated county in Illinois behind Cook County. Aug 30, 2024 · A Clean-Up/Amnesty Day has been scheduled for the week of October 7- October 11, 2024. This takes place on your regular pickup day. If you miss your day, it cannot be rescheduled. Make sure you have all items at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your pickup day.
Customers receive a utility bill from the Village every two months. This bill includes charges for water service and a stormwater utility fee. Bills are generated for the north side of town every odd month and the south side of town every even month.
