In the past several months I've been plagued with System Interrupts every 10 or so minutes, during which the laptop is unusable. The General Support forum members have suggested a driver issue.

Jun 2, 2019 · Toshiba did supply a Windows 10 DTS which was installed, but no sound driver for Win 10. Also Toshiba system drivers, this was subsequently updated by Windows updates a while ago. Toshiba : Select Model. You will have to input more details than what you have given, but there are some drivers for Windows 10.

I have 6 LEDs, indicating: DC IN: (white/amber) white=powered up, flashing amber=fault condition. Power: (white/amber) white=turned on, pulsing amber=sleep mode. Battery: (white/amber) white=charged, amber=charging, flashing amber=low battery warning.

At first it seemed as though everything went off without a hitch, but after a while I noticed a few problems. For one, the OS no longer has control over the laptop's fan.
