I understand you're unable to upgrade your iCloud storage plan, as you mentioned nothing happens when you select to change the plan using your iOS device. I suggest to force the Settings app to close, restart your device, and then test the behavior.

Mar 7, 2021 · Icloud storage payment failed. I keep getting the icloud storage payment declined message from apple. However i use my credit card and it is fine there is no problem with my card. Jan 12, 2019 · can I pay for apple icloud storage yearly instead of monthly? I pay .99 per mnth for cloud storage (have iPad pro and iPhone 7P both with max storage). My desktop is an HP. I take a lot of pix and store a lot of emails as I use these devices for my biz. I also am paying for microsoft cloud at 7.99 per month.
