You can use the Power Ink Flushing utility to flush the ink. Note: After a Power Ink Flushing, you must turn off the product and wait at least 12 hours before printing again. Before you begin, make sure no product lights are indicating errors.
Power Ink Flushing affects the service life of the ink pads by causing them to reach their capacity sooner. When an ink pad reaches the end of its service life, the product stops printing and you must contact Epson for support.

Mar 3, 2019 · We ended up running ~20 light and heavy print head cleanings, the same number of head alignments and swapped out the ink cartridges and it eventually fixed the issue. I’m not sure exactly what resolved it but that was my experience.
