We confirmed multiple users are seeing this and also confirmed that the speakers selected are not muted in any way. When Test is selected under Audio>Ringers and Alerts no audio is produced.

Dec 1, 2020 · I installed Cisco Productivity Pack v39 first, then I installed Webex Teams v40.11.0.17133 dated from 12-4-2020. Teams appears to be working now. Not sure what was updated yesterday from Cisco, but after performing the above, Teams is working again for now.
