UPDATE 11/16/2023: With the Windows 11 update that came out just recently, this issue has been resolved and my desktop fonts remained black after the update. The latest update changed my screen to black and the font color on my icons to white. I HATE it. So I changed the background and the font color is still white which is very HARD to read.
