Apr 12, 2016 · Senior Member. I don't see a meaningful difference between "rebound from the bottom" and "bounce back from the bottom" in this context. "bottom out" is a little different from the other two though. It only suggests the declining going down economy will find the bottom (lowest point). It doesn't suggest recovery will ensue immediately.
