Running the dism commands first typically results in scannow displaying no integrity violations found. If knowing whether there was an integrity violation to possibly explain problems then run scannow before and after the dism commands.

May 24, 2022 · Fix!! Microsoft edge keeps opening new tabs. As far as finding your Edge version... Open Edge > Click the 3 'Horizonal Dots' in the top right > Click 'Settings' (bottom right) > Click 'About Microsoft Edge' bottom left. The version will be displayed. This is also where you can manually update if necessary.

For instance, I use both my daily to-do list and my check register several times a week. The check register does appear in the recent files list, but the to-do list does not.
