Such card, in conjunction with the KUKA ProConOS Softplc you should allow you to exchange data at a 4ms deterministic update rate. Your external PC would also need to be equipped with a Fieldbus-Card of course.

Sep 16, 2009 · Vorlaufzeiger bleibt auf der Wait-Zeile für 0.1 Sekunden stehen, egal wo der Roboter steht. Dann arbeitet der Vorlaufzeiger die folgenden Codezeilen weiter ab. D.h. der Vorlaufzeiger kann die Überschleifbahn beim P1 berechnen und der Roboter wird den Punkt P1 überschleifen ohne Genauhalt.
Feb 11, 2014 · Die Justage wird beim KUKA schon etwas ernster genommen, als bei anderen Herstellern, jedoch kann man jeden Roboter auch anders justieren/kalibrieren. Es gibt Meßgeräte, die sowas in wenigen Minuten an fast jedem Roboter können. Die kosten aber auch deutlich mehr als ein EMD. Wolfram (Cat) Henkel.
Jul 8, 2020 · I appreciate all your comments, Finally I managed to make the continuous movement by making an Array in which I saved the desired values of the relative movement in this case the number of points of the loop and then I execute the saved points, so I understand that the Robot already has data to perform the movement.
