Girl Scouts of the United States of America (GSUSA), commonly referred to as Girl Scouts, is a youth organization for girls in the United States and American girls living abroad. [2] It was founded by Juliette Gordon Low in 1912, a year after she had met Robert Baden-Powell, the founder of Scouting [3] (formally Boy Scouts).
As a Girl Scout, you’ll try fun new things, discover your hidden talents, gain amazing life skills, have real-world learning experiences, and—most importantly—find a supportive group of friends who have your back no matter what.

Bringing the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to the global level enables girls to feel connected to home while living overseas and gives them opportunities for unique travel opportunities, leadership skill building, community involvement and so much more! Girl Scout membership is $45 for the year (September-October).
