Carl Borack (born July 12, 1947) is an American former fencer. He competed in the individual and team foil events at the 1972 Summer Olympics. He won a gold medal in epee at the 1967 Pan American Games. In 1969 he won the US national foil championship, and in Israel the 1969 Maccabiah Games sabre championship.

He produced several pilots for television and is known for a video production of “Othello” starring Richard Dreyfuss and Paul Winfield.
