Jan 30, 2020 · Hello, I cant seem to find my login on the "10.0.0.1" admin tool page. I have factory reset the router, making sure the LEDs turned off and tried the default "admin" for username and "password" password, but it didn't seem to work. I repeated this a couple more times but still, no luck. If anyone could help me that would be fantastic!

Feb 13, 2021 · I have already tried a factory reset on my router and I still cannot connect to 10.0.0.1 The other IP address you guys use, I think for businesses, also did not work. The connection just times out....
Feb 19, 2021 · However, the XFINITY router cannot be accessed through the 10.0.0.1 IP address using the same 10.0.0.1 address with the same login ID and password that has always worked. I have another tower PC also that always worked before, but it now gets the same result. I have never before encountered this before on either PC.
Mar 8, 2022 · So to access the xfinity gateway administrator login page you need to go into a browser type in 10.x.x.1 (x can be replaced with whatever number was set as the ip) and normally a login screen to the modems admin settings SHOULD appear. For thr past week, however, i have been unable to access the login page. It just times out.

Jul 18, 2023 · How do you reset the password for the admin profile for 10.0.0.1? I did the 30 second hold reset button and the two minute hole reset button but all it did was reset my Wi-Fi name and password.
