It is 85% for a pass 1 on a module. Bear in mind this requires an 85% average on assignments and 85% on the end of module exam. Perfect assignments and 84% on the exam gets you a pass 2. There are exceptions and a few percent leeway if grade boundaries are shifted or there were special circumstances.

So you need to know what modules will count towards your grade and only input those. You also can't get a higher grade than you get for level 3. So to get a first overall, you need a pass 1 in at least one level 3 module, for a 2.1 you need a pass 2, and for a 2.2 you need a pass 3. My calculator won't include this.

If you're still waiting for your loan, I would recommend emailing studentfees@open.ac.uk quoting your Personal Identifier and asking how long they thing it will take. This is what I did and they got back to me quite quickly. I hope you manage to sort it soon!
