Jun 21, 2022 · For the first thing, there is nothing named WebEx anymore, it’s Webex. Secondly, the Webex application already has all the functionality of the Webex Meetings application. On the note about Productivity Tool, it’s AFAIK not related to a specific version, it’s a date where Microsoft stops supporting 3:rd parties to use the API that this tool relies on.

Before that - if you are trying to make an invited attendee a cohost in the scheduling / invitation process that person MUST also have their own credentials to the Webex site you are using.

Oct 14, 2020 · The host/owner of the room can login to their webex portal (companyname.webex.com) and in the upper right corner, click on their name then select "My Reports" and the "Usage Reports." Set the date range needed and all meetings they held will be displayed.

Jan 12, 2021 · Well, I uninstalled Webex Teams and installed an old copy of the Webex Meetings App, and then all worked again. I was a bit scared to update that app when it said it had another update pending, but after a while I had to do it, and then it turned out that it not automatically install Webex Teams, but updated Webex Meetings.
Sep 17, 2020 · If you scheduled the meeting via the web interface of your Webex site, then you can edit the meeting via the web interface: In the list of attendees you will see a small icon next to the persons who also have an account on your Webex site. By selecting this icon, you can make this person a co-host of this meeting.
Nov 18, 2021 · I have just signed up for a paid account. Now I would like to schedule a couple of meetings. Whenever I start editing the meeting info, the button stays gray and inactive. So I cannot seem to schedule a meeting. What do I miss?
