Use E to tank damage and heal back up from low in duels. Use R when you're low in duels to heal back up. Because you're a lot stronger at low hp, champs like Pyke and Cho will rek you.

All matchups are valued as if you are facing a high elo player who knows what they’re doing on that champion and hight differ depending on elo. For Warwick himself, there is no other acceptable build but QSS - Bloodthirster - Rageblade. All three multiplies his damage (by letting him stack up on AS safely). Titan's Resolve is just not as good because Warwick don't need more AD/AP, and the AR/MR comes only when he's halfway done stacking, exactly the point when he's most vulnerable.
