Hi, what is the SMS gateway address for vodafone in Oz, please. ie to allow an SMS to be sent by email from any PC, using an email address like: <phone-number>@sms.vodafone.net.au. This information is readily available for many telcos around the world, but is hard to find using google here. This is a convenience for occasional use.
Vodafone has switched on the first section of its 5G network, becoming the third Australian telco to do so. In a statement issued this morning, Vodafone Hutchison Australia said it had switched on 5G sites around Parramatta in western Sydney. Vodafone confirmed that its initial network of around 650 sites would be in city and metropolitan areas.

Before the fix, my data was working on 4G, but whenever I tried to place a call I got 15 seconds silence and then the call dropped. At that time, my data would also disconnect.

Mainly because they are currently only having 40MHz N78 online (Despite having the license for a total of 60/65MHz). And then the SA architecture itself is also one of the reasons why the speed isn't "fast".
Vodafone is unable to offer static IP addresses at this time. Aussie Broadband (and others) provide a 'sticky' IPv4 (i.e. DHCP Allocated but doesn't change often). If you need a true Static IP with Reverse DNS then Aussie BB do that for $10 extra on a small business plan. Aussie BB and others are moving to default CGNAT to manage the shortage ...
I was talking about Vodafone Australia, we can only communicate with Vodafone India. What a circus their support is over there. Absolutely useless, even the supervisor was a totally useless. Anyway I instead just got a proper ISP service, got my self a sim from Telstra. Will use Vodafone at times like now when most people are asleep.
Apparently visual voicemail is available on Vodafone but I’m unable to activate it. Normal voicemail is available as per calling 121. Tried dialling 1217 and activating VV but still no luck. Multiple calls to Vodafone – reset network settings, voicemail completely reset, nothing works. Running iPhone XS, iOS 13.5.1. Anyone have any ideas ...
But I haven't been able to find much feedback comparing these modem/routers, and the few comparisons I have found claim that the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub 3.0 (Casa Systems Netcomm NL20) is pretty unreliable in comparison to the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub 2.0. Any Real World advice or commentary would be appreciated.
