What happens if I share the reason why I suspended someone in a group on Messenger?
Tap on the person you want to unrestrict. You’ll be taken to your chat with them. At the bottom of your chat, tap UNRESTRICT. You can also tap at the corner of your settings to restrict more people. You can always block someone's profile on Messenger or turn notifications off for a conversation too.
To add someone to your Restricted list: Go to their profile. Click at the top of their profile. Select Edit Friend List. Select Restricted. To view or edit your Restricted list: From your Feed, click Friendsin the left menu. If you don't see it, click See More. Click Custom Lists, then click Restricted.
When you add someone to your Restricted list, you’ll still be friends with them on Facebook, but they'll only be able to see your public information (example: your posts and profile info you choose to make public) and posts you tag them in.

You can see everyone that you restricted on Messenger and unrestrict them from your settings.
In your Facebook settings, click Blocking. Scroll down to Block messages. Click Edit, then click See your blocked list. Click Unblocknext to the name of the person you want to unblock. If you unblock someone’s Facebook profile on Messenger, keep in mind: You'll also unblock them on Facebook.
