  6. Aug 11, 2020 · This stepped worked for me, try logging in with your EMAIL and not your username to login on Spotify. Where it says Login, put your email in and password. And see if that works. If that doesn't work I suggest you try a different browser or using incongnito mode. Also, try using a different device. Hope this helps.

  9. Nov 8, 2023 · I am able to log into the Spotify web player and Spotify desktop app without any issues. I only have this problem when trying to log into the mobile app on my phone. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and it is updated to the latest version.

If you're not able to locate the message, it's possible that your account has been temporarily disabled and that's why you're not able to log in.
