May 25, 2023 · On the Singapore Airlines website just use the "Manage Booking" section and use the SQ reference number. There's a possibility you have a fare class which doesn't allow seat selection is the only other explanation.

The booking ref works fine on the ANZ website but I can’t seem to use it on the SQ website and I want a better view of seat selection (it says flight is in the past or has been cancelled).
