Feb 21, 2015 · I just opened a new USB (Ultra 3.0) and ran the original SecureAccess file (SanDiskSecureAccessV2_win.exe) to create a vault. It worked exactly as described in the start guide. I followed the steps, created a password with hint, opened the vault window, moved a test folder into the vault, clicked ‘exit,’ and it closed the window.
Feb 11, 2012 · The obvious result is that “Secure Access” takes ages to load and, it very clumsy to use and seems to be designed mainly to advertize other services offered by Sandisk. Sep 20, 2011 · I use Sandisk Edge for a few days. Set my password, all ok. But today after accesing Secure Access with correct password I didn’t found my directory which contains some photos (about 50 MB). I can see these encrypted files in My Vault\Files\00000 but directory doesn’t appear in SA.

I now can’t access the secure folder: the Sandisk Private Access app can’t see the folder. It does find another folder on the stick that I had used as a test folder which has been named “PrivateAccess Vault”.
