I can see these encrypted files in My Vault\Files\00000 but directory doesn’t appear in SA.

I now can’t access the secure folder: the Sandisk Private Access app can’t see the folder. It does find another folder on the stick that I had used as a test folder which has been named “PrivateAccess Vault”.
