Feb 12, 2021 · If you are fine with usual kdrama romance tropes you will not care for Run On. If you want to see birth of a mature, realistic relationship with 2 adults learning to adjust and adapt to each other you will like it. In episode 4 second couple is introduced and show picks up speed a little bit .

Apr 6, 2021 · Weightlifting fairy Kim bok Jook. It’s not like Run On literally, but Coffee Prince is a great drama that makes you feel so warm inside which is why I’m recommending it. Coffee Prince is my all time favourite drama I watch when I need a pick me up and Run On is the first drama I’ve felt those same emotions from.
I mean, compared to certain western selections on Netflix - Run On is purity. If you like a sweetly-calm romantic show that is also a little quirky, it's worth it. The dialogue was well written but also maturely communicative. Nice, wholesome male leads can sweep a female lead off her feet too. Reply reply.
Feb 20, 2021 · Run On is an amazing series even outside the world of korean dramas. The dialogue, character interactions, and relationship developments were very unique. I honestly can't think of any recent American shows that focus so intently on character growth. Even with its treatment of LGBT characters.

Jun 12, 2021 · I found Run On to be a laid back, slice of life with adult characters and relationships. No love triangles! I loved the progression of the relationships which was quite realistic. In terms of pace, I'd put it in the same category as Hospital Playlist. I'd also say that the humour was very well balanced with the emotional state of the characters.

After binge-watching Run On (in 2 days...) I keep thinking about all the things that made this drama so extraordinary. Many people mentioned how unique Ki Seon-gyeom is - I've never seen this sort of personality portrayed before in a drama, and even though he was my favorite character I actually found it quite difficult to describe his personality to someone else.
