Feb 13, 2016 · Upon opening the on screen keyboard, it shows that both shift keys are pressed down. I went into the ease of access center and made sure all of the keyboard settings were off, which they were. Finally, I unplugged my reddragon M801 mouse in case that was an issue and plugged in a stock microdot mouse instead.
