That’s not how it works. People think raw input means mouse -> game , but it’s more like mouse-> windows without acceleration -> game. Raw input just removes any changes made to the mouse post driver. Which is why raw accell still applies. It’s done at a driver level. 1dpi is still 1 dot or pixel on windows, raw input or not.

Yes and the reason RawAccel is good is because you can make your own curve meaning as you move your mouse faster the acceleration of the cursor is consistent and tied to the increase in velocity of your mouse. Nov 15, 2022 · Using "Natural" is what made the most sense to me. Base Sens: Set your DPI to 3200, then change your Raw Accel Multiplier to .25 (which puts your DPI back to 800). Leave Decay alone, should be .1. Limit is how much you want to multiply your base sens by. In my case, I did 5. So when I flick, my sens goes up 5x. 1.
Leave it at 0-1 till you get a rough feel for your acceleration.If you use NaturalGain the Offset is what speed you can do until your acceleration takes affect. Leave it at 0-1 until you find your rough accel. The limit on NaturalGain is pretty much the same as the cap on Linear, but i recommend setting this to 1.75-2.

May 23, 2021 · If you play on faceit platform you should use Rawaccel instead at least until the Custom Curve updated driver is released. In the end, whether you consider the difference of the interface and being able to draw a curve and some of the other features useful and worth the one-time 10 bucks is entirely up to yourself. 3.
