Dec 17, 2020 · I go through the post carefully, per the description, it seems that you meet issue when try to download Office content with ODT. As for the Product ID part, as you can see the article: List of Product IDs which are supported by the Office Deployment Tool for Click-to-Run. The “ProofingTools” could not be a valid ID in the part.
