Going even further, she is so far the only 4 star to be featured in the Story Trailer, wheras Diluc and Ayaka are 5 stars, which points towards Ningguang's status having being changed.

Nov 16, 2020 · Ningguang is a Geo, Catalyst character who provides massive, ranged damage alongside cursory shielding from crystallize reactions. Her normal attack, Sparkling Scatter upon hit will grant Ningguang 1 star jade up to 3. These star jades will be fired off and deal additional damage when using her charged attack.
Dec 16, 2020 · Ningguang is literally the queen of shields, and can make crystal shields on tap. Literally a 100% uptime if necessary. Also, she's one of the most reliable Noblesse Oblige users in the game, the most reliable Archaic Petra user, and can utilize Prototype Malice effectively to battery for the rest of the team.
Navia can be used in teams with Ningguang, with Ningguang most likely acting as a geo battery and a sub-dps character. For phase 2 the 5-star characters are both re-runs, those being Raiden and Yoimiya. Phase 1 4-star characters are Rosaria, Candace, and Sucrose. Phase 2 4-star characters are currently unannounced apart from Chevreuse.

There are many other options, like Diona and Venti, Mona and Xiangling, Mona Diona, Xiangling and Barbara, etc. The idea is get 2 off-field supports. Dec 10, 2021 · Since you are going DPS Ningguang, it’s regular attack, then burst, then skill. However, they are all very important to upgrade on her, as they all do very significant damage. It may not be a bad idea for you to just level up whichever talent is lowest, since they all should be upgraded in the end. 6. Reply.
