Nagoya University provides undergraduate education in nine schools. Individuals who wish to apply as privately-financed international students are exempted from taking the National Center Test for University Admissions, and can sit in a separate entrance examination from the standard one.

Your embassy will provide a list (upon request) of universities that is possible to apply for direct placement for. And after filling out the direct placement form and sending it as part of your mext application you immediately start university in said university instead of taking a 1 year prepatory year. Reply.

However there is Sophia university (they only teach in English), some universities in the global 30 program have some English taught degrees (such as Nagoya university and Hokkaido university) and I would also check out Waseda university (they are private and do have many English taught degrees).
