May 14, 2017 · Whether you can actually install and activate on the new computer depends entirely on how you bought Office 2007. If you bought Office 2007 with the computer, installed and activated at the factory then it is an OEM license and you can't transfer it to a new machine. If you bought a "Medialess License", an online download, you can't transfer it.
I need to install Access 2007 on a new computer ... the old one stopped working. I have my product ID ... apparently it is a "retail version". Where can I find Access 2007 to download, and how can I enter the product ID? I have MS Office Small Business 2007 running, but apparently Access is not included in that suite.

Nov 3, 2023 · You do not need to "open Access databases", exactly. What you need to do is connect to the internal database engine in Access, which is called ACE. That's a subtle distinction not easily grasped when you're new to the environment. You can use Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable.
Jun 7, 2016 · You are not going to make much progress in this forum section. Access applications are a bit of a specialist topic. You really do need to move this question into the Access 2007 section of the forum. Office 2007 does not need Compatibility mode to run in Windows 10. However, you might find that doing so helps your Access applications.

Apr 20, 2011 · Is there a Microsoft Access 2007 or 2010 trial version I am able to download for free? I am taking a Microsoft Office college course and only need Access for 8 assignments. I don't want to purchase a $140.00 Access download when I will only be using it for a very short amount of time.
But, the previous machine had Word 2007, Publisher 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, etc. I don't remember any procedure other than disk installation of Office 2007 with the other machine. I don't remember "buying" Access separately or even going to the web to install it.
