Use form and quiz settings to specify deadlines, identify form responders, display correct answers for quizzes, and set other preferences for Microsoft Forms. In Microsoft Forms, open the form for which you want to edit settings, and then select More form settings > Settings.
Add a number in the Points text box to assign a point value for a correct answer to the quiz question. Select the Message icon next to any answer if you want to customize a message for it. Respondents will see the message when they've selected that answer.

To show students correct answers and points after submitting quiz: Navigate to your class team and select Assignments. Select Create > Quiz and open the existing quiz you'd like to manage. Select the quiz attachment to open the quiz in Forms. Select More options > Settings.
Feb 7, 2018 · But in form, we cannot select option as correct answer. Form is used for collecting some info about some questions (that is to say there is no specific answer for question). But quiz is used to get correct answer for questions (like small test, exam).
