Try using your email address and password. If you are having trouble accessing your account using these, try logging in via the "Login with Google/Facebook/Apple" buttons. These buttons will direct you to enter your Google/Facebook/Apple credentials to gain access to your Meralco Online account.
There are two (2) ways you can pay your bill online directly to Meralco: Login and pay through the Meralco Mobile App. Use the browser version by logging in to Meralco Online. Alternatively, you may pay through the online platforms of our bank partners or using your mobile wallet. View the full list of payment options here.
Step 1: Log in to your Meralco Online account via the website or Meralco Mobile app. Step 2: Click the start of modify service option. Step 3: Fill out the application form and submit. Once your application is submitted, we will send you updates to guide you on the next steps.
All payments, using Meralco Online or other channels, are viewable in the payment history page of your Meralco Online account. To visit the payment history page, please login to your Meralco Online account, click on Bills & Payments, then Payment History.
