Minimize, maximize and close button disappears. For some reason the minimize, maximize and close buttons disappear on top of my windows. This is so for all applications. THe buttons are not visible, but they still work. For instance, if I click in the top right corner of the application, the application will close. I don't know what causing this.

Aug 4, 2010 · wjc5439. Created on August 4, 2010. Maximize/restore down button will not restore down to have a smaller screen. I have this problem when it is a new document or one that I retrieve. I cannot get the restore/Maximize button to work. It will not restore down so that my window is smaller. It works on all the other office product, just not word 2007.
