May 12, 2023 · Life Points Cancelled Me and Owes Me.. To my shock this morning, I was about to log in to LifePoints to inquire as to why I haven't been paid ( 10 dollars owed) and when I went to log in, I was denied with a message that my membership was cancelled! I have been with them since 2019. I just wrote them and await a response.

This policy is a precaution to prevent future circumvention of our security measures and/or investigative tactics. LifePoints always errs on the side of the member, and the evidence must be overwhelming to result in membership termination.

Aug 25, 2021 · Posted September 16, 2021. So I have been able to successfully redeem 3 times since my original post. Lifepoints definitely has an issue when redeeming Amazon cards. If I try to redeem a $5 Amazon card for 550 points and have 900 points it will not redeem. If I have over 1100 points I can redeem 550 but not 1100.

Dec 16, 2020 · All I can suggest is to keep trying. I have always gotten a response from support in 24 hours , often in a matter of hours. You can also leave a message via the message option on their Facebook page. It took another week and several more inquiries but they did refund my 2700 points.
