Kristoff doesn't understand love. It's all foreign to him. He knows what's supposed to happen.

The whole reindeer ride in Movie 1 to Elsa's castle, Kristoff rushing Anna back to stop her from being frozen, and his longing for Anna in the 2nd movie makes them the perfect couple.

Elsa is more in keeping with the stereotype—tall woman. Yet, compared to Runeard, she’s short! Runeard would make Kristoff look short! 18. Award.

Feb 27, 2020 · Since Kristoff is a supporting character, they obviously don't want him overshadowing Anna and Elsa too much. I do agree he was pretty useless in Frozen 2 and the movie wouldn't have changed much had he not been in it (though he was actually pretty important in the first Frozen), but that was just because of poor writing.
