Jun 9, 2016 · Now, the easiest way access date, time and region in Windows 10 is to simply open up the Settings menu and click Time & language. However, you can also access this tab by clicking the clock on your taskbar and clicking Date and time settings , or by clicking the language icon on your taskbar and clicking Language preferences (though this will take you directly to the Region & language section).
To resolve the issue I ask you to apply the procedures below. Press the Windows + R keys and type Control, click Clock, Language and Region and click Date and Time. Figure: Date and Time. Click the Date and Time tab. Click Change time zone. Make sure the correct time zone is selected.

I found that Outlook overrides the Windows time setting feature. As soon as I changed the time zone in Outlook, Windows followed it. In Outlook (mail, calendar, whatever) click File on top menu, then Options, then Calendar, then scroll about halfway down to Time Zones. Set it there. Press Alt+Shift+T to insert the "wrong" TIME field. Right-click the field and click Toggle Field Codes. You'll see this: { TIME \@ "h:mm am/pm" } Delete the "am/pm" part and the space that precedes it. Replace the lower case h with an upper case H. The field codes should now look like { TIME \@ "H:mm }
