Mar 21, 2024 · The app itself can upload photos just fine but shortcuts action is always failing for certain photos. I can't upload any photos from iPhone 15 Pro despite converting them to JPG before uploading. I'm trying to figure out if it's connected with a color profile or not as I can see all JPGs from iPhone are P3 instead of sRGB.
But to answer your question, there used to be an app on fdroid called something similar to imgur that allowed you to upload. Unfortunately imgur removed that functionality (I think its the api shenanigans going on with reddit and others). I honestly just use the desktop now. More: maybe imgur is only tracking the actual upload, but not everything that comes after, like storage, thumbnail+link generation, so while the upload is 100% done you still have to wait for more stuff to happen. Extra: yes, they could be improved, but sometimes devs/companies just don't take the time to.

Feb 18, 2016 · For some reason, I'm unable to upload images on imgur anymore. It just gives me a "Image failed to upload" message and doesn't tell me anything else. I'm using Firefox, Windows 10. Any help, please? you try a different picture? I just tried and there doesn't appear to be an issue with imgur.
