Dec 26, 2023 · Wage Order No. RBVI-27 grants a P30 increase in the daily minimum wage in Region VI (Western Visayas). Effective 16 November 2023, the minimum wage rates will be set at P480 for establishments with 10 workers and above and P450 for establishments with less than 10 workers.

Oct 23, 2023 · ILOILO City – Effective Nov. 16, 2023, private workers in Western Visayas will have a P30 increase in their daily minimum wage. The National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) affirmed Wage Order No. RBVI-27 three days after it was submitted by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards (RTWPB) 6 on Oct. 16.

It also provides the implementing rules and regulations and the policy directions of the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board.
The new minimum wage rates shall cover the provinces of Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, lloilo and Negros Occidental, including the component cities, and highly urbanized cities of lloilo and Bacolod.
