    Apr 8, 2020 · The 32000 characters refers to a single question in a form so you could have one question but the maximum length of "response" to that question is 32k. If you have 5 questions then each could have a 32K max reply. BUT - the calculation of 32k is not straightforward. The link I gave earlier explains this in more detail. UK Paul.
