Mar 18, 2023 · I've never seen Movies & TV app not be fixed by either the apps fixes or Windows fixes. Did you do the last-resort Repair Install which reinstalls Windows while keeping your files, apps and most settings in place, brings it up to the latest version and solves most problems.

I was wondering if I purchased/rent a movie from the Microsoft Store would I be able to Download that to my Surface to watch without internet later?
