Although there are plenty places you can request murders, snuff videos etc and have them sent to you. A possibility is that red rooms could be hosted on a private server with a gateway link. They can only be reached through the Tor browser and the Tor network. In order to browse sites on the dark web, you need to know their onion address. Rule n° 2 on this sub forbids requesting or sharing links to onion sites.
