ANGELINE P. ROGEL. COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course on Criminal Procedures and Court Testimony will involve the study of the network of laws and rules which governs the procedural administration of justice. This course provides the criminal procedure to be followed in observing criminal prosecution.
Criminal procedure refers to the legal process for investigating and prosecuting criminal acts. It includes apprehending suspects, determining if crimes were committed and by whom, and punishing those convicted through a trial process.
This course provides instruction on criminal procedure and testimony in court. It covers procedures that law enforcers must follow, from arrest and investigation through trial and judgment. It also teaches how expert witnesses should testify, with oaths, affidavits, and expert opinions.
