Chaos insurgency is not stated what they do but probably got destroyed or became allies of the GOC. The Serpent's Hand dipped, probably taking some refugees with them through the Library.

And from ammo, one can kind of infer what firearms gets used. I really wouldn't assume there's an official standard.

Historically, the way to win with small numbers, is attacking when your enemy is at its weakest or most distracted, taking out leadership first to cause chaos in the chain of command, and using special weapons like thermobaric explosives and sarin gas to take out as many people as possible without needing to get into a firefight, and EMP generators to ...
May 11, 2022 · Personally, they're not "Chaos Insurgency", they're "Chao's Insurgency". As in, the Black Queen is their leader. My personal headcanon is that the CI are actually the good guys who are trying to stop a corrupted Foundation from using the anomalies to play with the universe and abuse their authority.
Jul 30, 2019 · The Insurgency is mostly obeying the Chaos Engine, an anomalous V-8 truck engine with mind-affecting properties. From what I understand, the Chief Engineer is basically the Engine's prophet, taking down its orders piecemeal and distributing individual commands across the Insurgency. The Insurgents themselves barely know what they're doing.
Oct 31, 2023 · Here is my design for the Chaos Insurgency's "Engine". Explanation : The design ties to the Old Chaos Gods, Ma’tol (Guy with tentacle eyes) and Xiolt-la (Guy with 6-hands and wings). Ma'tol was a malevolent god who fought against the slightly less evil god Xiolt-la. Before dying in their battle, Ma'tol sealed away Xiolt-la.
