If you are using a modem-router (gateway), you might need to enter 192.168.10.1.
1. Check if the ethernet cable is properly connected. Make sure that the ethernet cable (RJ45) connecting your Belkin router and computer is not busted. If you are still unable to access the router's web-based setup page, try using another ethernet cable.
Step 1: Click on the router's web-based setup page. You will have 2 minutes to press the WPS button on the router and the device you want to connect.

Raising the Router above floor level can improve the strength of your wireless signal.
