The processor has been engineered to run at 95c or below safely for long periods of time. But generally, in my opinion, the cooler your processor runs the better in the long term. Asus x470. 16GB 3200mhz (i think) The pattern is consistent. 100+ FPS nonstop, then the CPU power drops to 25% or so (according to MSI afterburner and HWinfo). I can hear some fan slowing down as this happens too.

My first cpu core is always at 100% and the others are way lower (if i uninstall the chipset drivers all the cores go to 100% usage and its even worse), wich impacts my performance so much, there's games that i can't even play because i get like 10 fps or my first core overheats and and the pc shutdowns.
