This roll of honour commemorates all fire and emergency services personnel in Australia and New Zealand who have lost their lives in the line of duty. These names are inscribed on the Emergency Services Memorial Wall in Canberra. An image showing the location of the name on the wall is included with each listing.
In accordance with the AFAC Position Paper for the National Fire and Emergency Services Memorial, I consider the nominee satisfies the eligibility criteria for inclusion on the Memorial. The nominee’s details are provided below and supporting documentation attached as indicated.

Memorial location. The Emergency Service National Memorial is in Kings Park on the northern shore of Lake Burley Griffin. Access is via a path from Rond Terraces car park and the cycle path along Lake Burley Griffin.
Creating the Memorial Wall. The wall is made up of bronze patinated sheets engraved with names, arranged evenly across a central panel at an easy height for reading by all viewers.
