Jan 30, 2020 · Hello, I cant seem to find my login on the "10.0.0.1" admin tool page. I have factory reset the router, making sure the LEDs turned off and tried the default "admin" for username and "password" password, but it didn't seem to work. I repeated this a couple more times but still, no luck. If anyone could help me that would be fantastic!

Dec 24, 2019 · @22Monica22 If you have the BlueCurve Gateway internet modem, then 10.0.0.1 would be the default IP address to log in to change your manage the modem configuration (on other modem models, the default IP would be 192.168.0.01), however, this address can be modified within the modem settings, so it's possible to have changed that in the past.

When I first got it I could log into 10.0.0.1 and experiment with Wi-Fi settings such as channel but now all Wi-Fi settings are grayed out.This includes the following menu pages: Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit 2.4 GHz; Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit 5 GHz
