Jun 7, 2020 · I would first create a complete, restorable backup image of your entire system and then try this: Reset Network Adapters in Windows 10. Turn off your router before doing this. Then shutdown (off) your PC and power-cycle your router. Once the router initializes, start your PC. Thanks.

Feb 3, 2021 · Window Version 1803. My Windows 10 local account has been locked out on a stand-alone offline computer. It is the administrator account and the only account on the PC. I cannot get back in as the account lockout duration was set to "0" - permanently locked until administrator resets. This PC is deployed as a server for a plant SCADA system.

May 22, 2015 · Since Edge is an app and not a pure browser I don't know it the local hose option will ever be available. the addresses 127.0.0.1 don't work either -- the only way around the whole problem is to use some type of loopback adapter if you must use edge.
