When I first got it I could log into 10.0.0.1 and experiment with Wi-Fi settings such as channel but now all Wi-Fi settings are grayed out.This includes the following menu pages: Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit 2.4 GHz; Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit 5 GHz

Mar 14, 2022 · Do 1 thing. Open your edge browser -> Go to the 3 dots ... menu at the right corner-> open settings -> Reset Settings. I had this problem before and it got solved after this. Feb 19, 2021 · However, the XFINITY router cannot be accessed through the 10.0.0.1 IP address using the same 10.0.0.1 address with the same login ID and password that has always worked. I have another tower PC also that always worked before, but it now gets the same result. I have never before encountered this before on either PC.
