Jose Midas Pascual Marquez (born February 16, 1966) is an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines since 2021, and was previously the ex-member of the Office of the Court Administrator and the Supreme Court spokesperson of the Philippines.
Justice Jose Midas P. Marquez joined the Supreme Court as its 192nd Associate Justice on November 16, 2021. Prior to being appointed as Supreme Court Justice, Justice Marquez served as Court Administrator for almost 12 years.
